SO - LET'S CUT THROUGH THE USUAL HYPE AND TACKY SALES PITCHES.
I know you probably think I'm just another agent in an overcrowded market. That couldn't be more untrue. I am exceptionally unique because I see you first, not money. Because of that I can seal any deal, work with any person and make the experience better than chocolate cake, a day off work or free puppies. I guarantee that I am the most singular real estate agent in this market and the most passionate about finding the right fit for every client.
I have a heart for people and a natural ability to communicate openly and honestly about any and all issues that arise during the sale of a home. Your home is your anchor, your place of rest, your place to celebrate with family and one of your most valuable possessions. Rest assured that I make myself readily available to you during the entire process of your real estate transaction.
When you first meet me you may think that I drink too much Mountain Dew or take some kind of "happy pill" each day. What you are experiencing is neither. It is my genuine excitement about matching the right people to the right home. I love my job. This is what I was born to do and why I am so successful. I am a serial house lover who is addicted to lifting heavy s**t, meeting new people and drinking good coffee.
I know it sounds cliche, but I'm completely convinced that life is 10% of what happens to you and 90% of how you react to it. I take pride in going the distance with you and for you.
In closing, if you have decided that I am not your average agent, you are right! I'm #EPIC and I'm ready to work with you. Let's do something extraordinary together.
I enjoy creating relationships with my clients and being their trusted adviser. Buying or selling a home can be stressful. I pride myself on creating as smooth of a transaction as possible and more importantly, providing my clients with a great experience. Ashley specializes in assisting home buyers in the Genesee and Oakland Counties. When she’s not busy helping her clients live “the best chapters of their lives,” you can find her coaching indoor soccer, playing sand volleyball or hanging out with her daughter.
Hi! I’m Amy Payment and I am obsessed with homes! Buying, selling, remodeling and staging are my passions. I put my clients needs first and am readily available to guide you through the process of selling or buying a new home. I work tirelessly to find my clients the right home for them. I strongly believe in giving my clients outstanding service. Buying or selling a home can be stressful. I try to make make the process as smooth as possible by educating my client through every step. I also believe in honesty. I will give an honest market value for your home, not an inflated price to get the listing. I will also communicate openly and honestly with you to ensure you get the most information and the best price for your home.
I look forward to working with you!

Starting my career in graphic design and later graduating with a degree in Marketing & Business Management, I am a well rounded team member that has the ability to strategize and see through full marketing and design campaigns. My experience in both careers (with a hobby career in photography) allows me to create and hammer out campaigns from start to finish with success. Unlike most marketing professionals, I tailor marketing plans to every individual client and their needs, wants and target markets with the goal of increasing their success. When I'm not helping people reach their business goals, I am spending time with my husband, Aaron, and our three children: Zaden, a little boy who thinks he's a dinosaur, Melaina, a little girl who is Minnie-Mouse obsessed (and very sassy) and Lowen, our baby girl who thinks her siblings are loud and weird.
